Can someone please tell me the purpose of talkback??? I hear these radios with echo, and they sound really bad...I think the ideal sound would be like that of an FM brodcast station....Just curious........ |

When used correctly echo can sound good, Talkback is to allow the operator to hear himself and set the time and or delay in the echo. |
