The other day someone was playing "k.c.& the sunshine band" (get down tonight) over the cb for about 6 hours straight.I usually wouldn't think much except it was on all 40 channels!It wasn't bleed over it was on all 40,crystle clear.Same signal strength,same song ect.How could that be done w/o 40 radios and 40 antennas?
I don't plan on doin the same thing.It's just buggin me as to how it was done. |

Sounds like in band spurious emissions from his radio and or amp, or he's really close and using enough power to overload your front end. |

That was my first impression.But after checking all 40 I determined that it was 6db everywhere.It was very clear,not overmodulated...A definate attempt to block the band.
There is currantly a cb war in my area.The ch.6rs got upset at the 36lsb group.They all ended up on 26 am for a while.Last night they were all hetrodyning on ch.28 am.
One of the boys done something to a radio that allowed it to be on all 40,same signal,same song ect.

I just saw KC at House Of Blues in Chicago--great time! That is a band you have to hear live to appreciate. |
