Anyone on the forum know how to tighten the head of a Turner +3 Gray?? Mine is kinda loose. I looked for any screws or adjustments but couldn't find any. It seems to be machined on?? The mic might have been dropped at some point before I got it. Thanks for the help! XLAXX |

You look on the back off the head. There will be a round metal sticker. Behind that sticker, which more thin metal really, anyways, behind that, is a screw, which gets lose. All Turners like that mic get lose heads. This is the only way I have found to get to the screw. And believe me, it will get lose again! *G* |

XLAXX.. At the back of the head there is a screw that if took out,the front piece will seperate from the head.Once you have the head apart, there will be a screw that tighten's the head to the neck. The screw at the back of the head may be hidden by a round metal insert. It's glued in place so you might have to pry it out to gain access to the head screw. |

XLAXX, When replacing the loose screw use Blue, severe lock tite and it won't loosen up again. |

Soda, Fly, Iron- Thanks you guys! I appreciate the comeback on this one. The Gray Turner +3 that I have has a silver circle on the back of the head. It says Turner microphone,...(something like that) on it. OK, I'll try taking it off. Love this mic! Sounds really good on my Cobra too! XLAXX |
