Am I alone?? I check my mail, then can't wait to go to the CEF!! I usually do this several times a day. I have learned so much in the short time since I discovered "THE FORUM". There are so many knowlegeable people, there's always someone with an answer to most all of the questions and problems. Also the techs are always willing to help. Thanks to all for the interesting posts. dan CEF#274 |

Nope, not alone at all. I have been out of the radio look for about 6 months, just got back in this week and the whole "downtime" I was on here daily, most of the time 3-4 times a day.. Some good reading out here! |

Welcome to the club. I've been on this forum odd hours of the night, like now, and from past experience, the moderators are just as obsessive as us because I'm surprised to see new posts being added in the twilight hours. These moderators, and techs are volunteers, so they're burning the midnight oil for nothing more than the love of radio, and this forum. |

Twilight hour's? That must be when I cannot Sleep (Which is a Lot) But Honestly the Copper Forum is Fun for me as I very rarely can get over 2 or 3 hours rest at a time and the Forum help's me to cope. And the Forummaster is just as bad as many days we are both in the Forum 12 to 16 hours a day. Lon Tech808 |

I don"t see what the big deal is here, in the guest room I have Copper Forum Sheets for the guests, and at dinner I have the dinner plates with the picture of Lon and Shirley on them, they have to eat their way down to enjoy the best part of the meal, Ahhhhhhh |

Now guys, talk to me, I work in mental health. How long have you had this obsession? LOL! Actually, 95% of the time copper is the first site I go to after my computer is on line. Some days I check it 3 or 4 times. I usually can think about some product I want to do a search on and copper has the best research site on the web. Fine knowledgable people and techs make this an interesting and informative site. mikefromms |

Tech808 and I aren't as bad as you guys. We sometimes do something else like converse via instant messenger or even the phone. Guess what we talk about? You guessed it the Copper forum. Is there a pill or something for this condition? |

HECK THAT WOULDN'T STOP THE FORUMMASTER AND ME FROM TALKING. He sent me 25 Logs and A Big Blanket, and a case of Stick Matches to use for Smoke Signals. When that fails he also sent 4 carrier pigion's for Speedy Delivery of messages. Lon Tech808

Two weeks ago,my phone was shut off,and I would go into off line web pages and just stare at the inactive copper forum, then my wife found me shaking and tears running down my face,so she called the phone company and did a check by phone, now all is well,I got my fix. |
