Got gifted an RM KLV250. Someone went and let the smoke out of it so now I get to play and see what is inside. Looking up all I can find is that the four Transtors are MOS RM3. Any ideas on what is a good replacement for them?

Not sure of replacement but Copper has the factory RM3 in stock.

W90-20040 RM3 Transistor
