Does RF Limited intend on making a new radio with an internal linear in it? |

At this time I do not know of any such plans. With Mr. Lewis and RF LIMITED and MAGNUM INTERNATIONAL being the Leader in Advanced Radio Technology, New Products, New Improvements and New Designs for the radio world, I am quite sure they will continue to try and meet the demand for new products that the radio world demands. Just my thoughts. Lon Tech808 |

Tech808: Just a thought, if Magnum are going to build a new radio, why not post a question on your forum, asking members.... "if you could design a radio from a blank page,, what would you put in it?" Then pass that list to Mr.Lewis? Just a thought...... |

hey gumball, check out my post under subscriber>>product reviews>>magnum m1, among numerous other posts on the subject. i have made it quite clear the areas where a new radio should hit upon, and i think many of you guys out there also feel that's a good starting point. so, gumball, why don't YOU start a new thread, it would be directed to sam lewis of magnum int'l, and you could call it 'suggestions for the next magnum radio' or something like that. you could request that EVERYBODY respond, even if it's just to say, yeah, that one is a good idea too! maybe if a few (hundred!) of us gave our suggestions, sam would get the ball rolling! again check my post,(and i've made those comments in other posts too), think of what you want and then start that thread. i will certainly add my 2 cents to it-at least a dollars worth!!!!!!!! |

Manufactures probably will be going to MOSfet designs by the end of next year. That will be a newer radio for sure. |

Big_I, You are 100% correct as the 1969 Finals are almost history. And the next generation of radios will incorporate the mosfet. The times are a changing. Lon Tech808 CEF808 N9OSN Tech808@copperelectronics.com |
