happy new-year to all i acquired an old d 104 power mic it does not use a 9 volt battery...it is a portable.. it uses some silly battery that, i have no clue. it is a d 104 chrome minute-man 1 with a white knob on the back.. what is the power required to run this mic? i would like to use this on my cobra 148.. any help on the power supply and wiring would be appreciated |

harvester, The old Minute Man mic's take the 7 volt batteries. http://www.copperelectronics.com/cgi-bin/checkitout/checkitout.cgi?catalogSTORE:CKIE:prodB30-00004+ As for the mic wiring I am not sure but I think it was: Pin #1 ~ Shield / Ground Pin #2 ~ White / Audio Pin #3 ~ Red / Transmit Pin #4 ~ Black / Receive IF YOU HAPPEN TO HAVE A BLUE WIRE IN IT HOOK IT UP WITH THE SHIELD WIRE.
