I have been surfing ebay's CB listings for at least a good year now just seeing what comes up and how foolish some people are, and seeing how much cheaper copper's prices are on new stuff I think I have seen about enough of all these damned GE handheld radios though - what's the deal? were they just cheap as hell when they were on the store shelves and there is just a huge quantity of them floating around? Or do they just suck so badly that anyone who has ever bought one wanted to get rid of them? Sheesh!

I had 2 of them they are not bad radios just a bit large so the corbas and other small handhelds sold better now i worked for GE and they always buy in big numbers so its a matter of they made a bunch of them they didnt sell well so years later e-bay still has bunchs of them just the old supply and demand thing nothing wrong with the radio its fine. They were $39.99 in the stores. I bought 2 and they both died pretty quick. |
