I live in SE Ohio and it seems local traffic has almost died completely. I monitor 39LSB and scan most channels with very little activity found. Do you folks find it that way in your area?

Local traffic up here in NW Washington is fairly dead as well. Channel 8 has some big runners, and there are some neat sideband nets on other frequencies. A few locals where I'm at but hit and miss.

It was bigtime local action in Florida (where I just moved from). Miss that CB action. Always someone to talk to.

Man-O-man is it dead around here on SSB...Some time and say this lightly the skip has been falling out here in Ark. for the last few month's until there is no one out there but have noticed something...Our winter skip has been coming out of the northeast..Summer time has arrived with a vengence and should be getting all the skip out of the south from the TACO EXPRESS...But it's not been that way this year..Our skip is still coming from the northeast on 26.915..Talking local early n the morings is just about as good as it get's..I know we are on the back side of the cycle, but is it going to get worst before it get's better..Heard from some source's that before to long there may not even be any skip for a while until we start rising back on the cycle..Some one else is going to have to make a comment on that because I really don't know....
