Hi fellow members. Last Wednesday night just before time to quit work and go home i knocked down a peice of 4"x 12" x 1/4" thick 4' long steel tubing on my left foot, No steel toes on at the time.( been having trouble with ingrown toenail) When it happpen i did the one legged irish jig for about 1 min, Hobled over to a chair sat down looked down at my foot (no blood)well iv got 45min to quiting time i finished my job,got in truck to go home (9 mile drive home)Hobled in the door (XYL) or wife said now what did you do ect.ect. ? Sat down on couch , She said let me take your shoes off. Lets just say she had a bad time getting my left shoe off. When she did get it off -next thing i know im in car going to emergency room. At any rate broke my toes and foot is pretty nice blue & green color. The humor in it and all is (DOC said i will not to worrie about the ingrown toenail no more) Best thing about the whole deal got my best chair in the radio room thats what counts.Im ready to do (QSO'S) on weekdays any time. Well Hal....Im sitting here at my desk all day today.. Im home sick with a bad cold. I cant talk very well but I will try!! I have the radio on 27.385LSB. But its kind of noisy. Pick a clear channel and email me....We will try to talk
