HI; ALL I'D LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAS INFORMATION OR HOW TO BUILD OR BUY.A CERTAIN ITEM. IT WORKS KINDA LIKE WHEN YOU FIRST KEY YOUR MIC. IT PRODUCES A ZIP OR ZING SOUND ONLY FOR A FRACTION OF A SECOND,THEN YOU GO AHEAD AND TALK. SOUNDS LIKE THE OLD MOVIE (STAR TRACK).WHEN SCOTTY THOUGH THE SPACE SHIP IN HIGH GEAR.

From what your saying here it almost sounds as if your looking for the old Screaming Eagle Mic.
It would for a fraction of a second sound like an eagle screaming.

I've heard some radios that have the sound that you could hear alot on "Star Trek", when they changed warp speeds. But I have no idea what it is or where it comes from.

I know the sound your talking about. A cber local to me has one. Does it when he keys and after the key. Just a simple noise toy like those roger farts we hear everywhere. I can't think of the particular shop right off the top of my head. If you search around the different online cb shops you will find it.

Bob, I know you have up to 20 seconds of recorded noise but some of the sounds you can order for it are only like 1 to 3 seconds long. Then after that couple second sound you start talking. You can hear demos online, some are long and some are real short. Regardless I hope you find what you want.
