Band C on my Magnum 3200B is wacky. My frequency counter goes nuts on every channel bouncing anywhere from 25.000 to 28.000 in random order. Is this something that happens when the radio is changed into export mode or should I box it up and have it fixed? |

Is your 3200B a New model made after Jan 2004 or an older model made befor Jan 2004? I have used both and have not experienced this problem. The conversion is simple on both and should not effect the radio like this. Check my Review on the S-3200B in the Subscriber (Preview) area and see if your band "C" matches the frequency coverage I have posted if it is a Newer model. If it does not match you should give Sam a call at: MAGNUM INTERNATIONAL. Lon, Thanks again for your help! I talked to Sam and he asked me to send it to him to take a look. I hope I didn't make a mistake buying the s-3200B. |
