Does anyone know how to unlock the clarifier on a Magnum 1012 handheld?

I think this should do it. Cutting the traces at the red lines (bottom red line) cuts the TX varactor control voltage (for LSB and USB only) and (top red line) cuts the RX switching signal. Adding the blue resistor holds the clarifier voltage source hot during TX and RX.
