In a similiar fashion as a "noise toy", I have a .wav file I want to turn into a roger beep that plays at the END of my transmission. It's a recording of what most people call a "tone burst" that I caught while recording my local sheriff while I used live in Los Angeles a number of years ago.

Is this at all possible? Any suggestions as to anyone that could help me with this? I also have another "tone burst" that I would like to play at the beginning of transmission - note, these don't both have to be installed at the same time!

Any information that anyone can provide on any businesses that can do this would be appreciated. Don't mention any personal names if you know an individual who can do this, just drop me an email!
