What do you plan on running it on? 10 meter 11 meter (not that its legal), 2 meter?? If you are looking for a cheap amp that is pretty good for the money and are planning on running on 10-12 meter I would say go with a RM Italy KL200P. As for the other bands I wouldnt know. The KL200P does about 100 AM and 200 on SSB although mine does a realistic 85 AM and just a little over 200 on SSB. |

don't look for 'deal' so much as quality...texas star dx 350 with 2 -2sc2879 transistors will get you about 80-100 watts dead key & 250 swing, custom amps like davemade/xforce/fatboy same size will get you about 125+ key & 350+ swing. texas star from copper, others on the web direct from builders... |

Run a product search on "KL200" without the dash in it. |

What is the difference with a "bi" linear? What's the deal with the different class amps also? And which one is best suited for mobile work?
