#2 ~ Your Copper Forum USER NAME / ID that you are registered under in the Copper Forum.

#3 ~ Your CORRECT e-mail address that is listed in your PROFILE.
#4 ~ Note!
If you have changed your e-mail address or you have a  e-mail address from what is presently listed in your profile from when you registered for the Copper Forum PLEASE Updae it in your profile. 
#5 ~ If it has changed then "PLEASE" Change / Update it in your Profile.
There are a LOT of Jim's, John's, Bob's etc as Copper Forum Member's and if we do not know who is e-maling us then you may not get a reply.
