Shirley 808xyl passed away today. Shirley was a friend to everyone at Copper. She can never be replaced. Please keep Shirley and Lonnie in your prayers.

My Prayers are with them both and their Family and Friends.
Please everyone understand and be ready.
I know this as many of the rest here know that Lon is in bad health.
Shirley knew this more then anyone else and she went first only to get the new home ready for them both.
Lon You too are going to be missed here.
I know we had a few go a rounds here but we made good of it.
Lon, Shes not going to be away from you very long and when she ready she'll call you home too.

I am SO sorry to hear this news! I have talked to Shirley a cpl times on the phone and in CVC and enjoyed those conversations. Lon, myself and Amber send our prayers to you and your family.

Wow, that is most unfortunate.
I enjoyed speaking with Shirley on the phone, she was always the voice of reason and a good mediator.

Lon called us today, What a shock to Rosie and I!
I had to borrow a laptop to get on the forum.
I cant remember my login but will try Rosie login.
The news hit us both very hard, Shirley and Lon are very dear friends of ours. We both are very sadden to hear this news.
Im at lost what to say ? I can reflect what shirley is: She a warm hearted and loving person that loved her husband Lon. She enjoyed talking to people, And makeing new friends on the Copper forum. As the Fourmmaster said : She can never be replaced.. She was dedicated to help people and make new friends.Its with great sorrow i have to say goodbye to my dearest friend Shirley.
Im know she looking down from the Heavens and say (CARRY ON your doing Great).
Now for the hardest part; Lon what can i say or do to help you? You are my best friend !!!! Oh my what can i do but pray. If i had the money id be there in a heartbeat. Im still at lost what to say? I can say this : Friendships last a life time, And sometime we be together in the kingdom of Heaven and rejoice.
Im very sorry, Just call me if you want to talk.

The family and I extend our agope love to you and your family at this time of terrible loss. There are no words to remove the sting of death, prayers and love can give ease and peace of mind. We will be praying for you, your family and closest friends. Shirley has beaten our greatest challenge and we now patiently await the day of a joyful reunion.

During this very tough time in my life of losing, Shirley ~ 808xyl, My "BETTER HALF" I want to say Thank You to all of you who have posted, called and e-mailed me with you condolences.
Shirley had Primary Biliary Cirrhosis (PBC)
Primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC): A liver disease caused by an abnormality of the immune system. Small bile ducts within the liver become inflamed and obliterated. Backup of bile causes intense skin itching and yellowing of the skin (jaundice). Lack of bile decreases absorption of calcium and vitamin D, leading to osteoporosis. Cirrhosis (scarring of the liver) develops over time.
Shirley was a wonderful wife, friend and mother to our children and me.
She will be dearly loved and missed by myself, her family and many of the Copper Forum Member's who knew her and had the pleasure to meet her in person and Chat with her in the Copper Voice Chat.
I want to personally say Thank You! to all who have called, e-mailed me personally and posted here in the Copper Forum.

Lon, Spring & I am very sorry to hear of this very sad news. Shirley will really be missed by many, many people. I hope that You and the Family are doing better. Sorry but at times like this I don't know what to say. Other than I will hold you up in Prayer. This is really a sad day!
