I am working on a big project. I lost four trees back in January due to high winds of which two are humongous!! I just started running chain saw on Saturday, and just with small limbs, and top of one tree trunk I already have three pickup loads of wood! And a long way to go to get there. Plus, they are all down in a gully so hauling them out will be by arms and hands. Can't even use a wheelbarrow. But I heat my house with wood, so it will be put to good use for sure. :-)

Shame you don't have a tractor or a sled and a mule.

Thank you sir. I got started then the week came and real world, plus rain and cold. Hopefully can start back this Friday afternoon. When I am in the mood, I can really cut. Of course there is one rule to live by: SAFETY FIRST!!

I'm launching a project to get the state to define how much boom boom car and home stereo noise we have to tolerate here in Florida. Two people have already been shot over it. It was supposed to be limited to 50 ft away But so far no one seems to know for sure.

In 1973 I had a 1964 Dodge 383 with ported heads, Hemi grind cam and 2.5 inch exhaust. I got a warning ticket because the mufflers weren't stock. I put Turbo mufflers on and got another warning so I had to install resonators.

Now days you're on the interstate and a motorcycle blasts by so loud it'll scare you night. Our stereos back then if loud enough to hear in the front yard was too loud and you could be sited for disturbance. Now they boooooom so loud you can feel it through your homes walls from several blocks away. Ever been at a stop light and have your mirrors vibrate so hard you have to readjust them?

Everyone yells it's their right to play it loud, what about my right to not be FORCED to listen to it.

I agree Press man. I hate the music so loud it will rattle pics hanging on the walls. hate the boom boom from the wolfer speakers.here in the town I live in if you can hear it 75 ft away the police will let you sign a ticket and you have to go to court to complain about it. I did it 2 times and the kids paid 106.00 plus court cost and they turn them down now.

Good deal, you go Sonoma!
If they had the least bit of respect, they wouldn't play it so loud. They don't even realize the they are in line for deafness.

So far a kid was shot over his boom booooom in N Fla and a guy had a simple noise complaint against him so instead of turning it down, he picked up a gun and the cops defended themselves.

It used to be 50 ft here and since these things happened, it was supposed to go to 25 ft. I gotta find out!
