Hello it has been a while since I been in here but I have a question about the Super Star ja mobile radio, I have one that has a problem with the course clarifier, it will TX on the course but will not RX on it, is there any way of fixing this problem or can I replace it but I cant seem to find any info on it, I looked into the CB Tricks but they have nothing on either this Super Star or the Jackson which I thought were the same radio, or can I change it to a 10 turn with a 5 kc slider, any information would be appreciated

Sonoma, ok who is he, is he a tech, I ask several techs but they cant help either so I am really going nuts, I also have a President Jackson Export that has problems too, some one told me it was the audio chip on SSB and am is working, I am not in any way a tech so I don't just want to hook these radios up and see if they are working or not, so I will try to catch Sonoma on here, do you have any idea when he may be on or maybe he can send me a Email if I give him my Email, what do you guys think, I am new to this forum so I don't just want to give out my email address.
