What do you have to do to get the fcc to come out and close a station down there is a guy here that has a radio that plays music on all 40 channels and 12 up and 12 down and he keys it down all day long and weak stations can't break through it doesn't bother me but it's agervating to turn it on and having to listen to it I just corner it out but I hear some people complain about it he isn't anything but a whiney crying baby that doesn't have a (good)(lmao)station.he thinks he's bothering someone.but I think he's a jelous moron that hasn't any brains,and is a drunken bum the fcc said to get his address and then if they have the manpower they would maybe look into it.any suggestions |

its easier to wrap a chain around his antenna. chain it to the bumper and burn rubber. the fcc is not going to do nothing. did you write the fcc a letter. that is were you start.

put a pin in his coax and it will burn out the finals. make sure to cut the ends off the pin so he can not find it. |

You don't need the FCC for this. Your local Police or Sheriff department now has jurisdiction. This happened in the year 2000.
The order appears in the Congressional Record on November 13, 2000 if you would like to look it up.

Actually; You can get the FCC to look at him. Fill out a formal complaint or locate him and notify Police in your area. Lately the FCC has started fining people (again). FCC funds have been cut and they are looking resources.
Clean up your station first then make your complaints!
To find the guy, hook a dummy load to your base and rotate the beam for general location, then put the dummy load on your mobile and take a ride. If he's local you should be able to find him.

Local law can not do anything unless your city has an ordinance on CB operation.

Johnny Law here will come to your home but can only act on what they observe since they have no knowledge of what they are doing. So, it's your word against a local communications company if they push it past a warning. A difference here is, we have a monitoring station west of town.
You could be interfering with someones electronics so they bought a handheld radio to plug your receive which puts them close to you.

It's not only me but can you imagine turning on the radio and hearing the same thing on all 40 channels and also 10 to 15 above 40 and 10 to 15 below 1 looks like I'd get some help from the my ham brothers.this effects a lot of people now there are 3 different people doing the same thing.key down on one channel and all channels will here the same thing not bead over but brawcasting the same on all the channels at once this is pitiful why would someone do such a thing |

best thing to do is show up at his place . just 2 or 3 of ya. ask him to stop and if he refuses or laughs tell him this will only turn out ugly for him. pulling down his antenna will only get you in trouble.id only use that method if local law/ fcc new what was going on

we used to do it back in the 80s we pulled one guys antenna. when he was talking on it. pulled him right out the window. back then you could get away with it. you do it 2-3 in the morning.
