I'm considering a Dosy TC 3001P Watt Meter. Would use it for adjusting "qrp" output of my cb down to 1\2w ~ 1w and also for tuning antenna SWR.
Couple of questions about Dosy for anyone who is familiar with them...
First off, what is the difference between Dosy and Libra?
Second, I've seen other meters that can't read wattage below 1w or even 2w. Will the Dosy give an accurate wattage reading below 1watt?

Even on the 10 watt scale, the Dosy TC 3001P won't be very helpful when trying to measure power levels as low as you wish. You might be able to use it as a way to see if you're transmitting or not, but not real accurate.
At those power levels, you can get accuracy by measuring the power using a scope to measure voltage across a 50 ohm resistor.
