Take a look at the documentation for the Stryker SR-440HP. This site https://www.cbradiotalk.com/viewtopic.php?t=41155 has a comment from someone having the same radio and mentioned the board number was a9821R20. The board number on the SR-440HP is 9821R18, so even if it is off by a component/knob/switch or two, the documentation on that radio should get you where you need to be.

CBTricks has the schematic etc. (at least they did when it was free and I mirrored it). Might need to go to the wayback machine for a free copy now that CBTricks went to a for-profit.

Have you tried looking up the FCC ID to see if the manual was part of the public documentation provided to the FCC? Many newer radio manufacturers specify to the FCC to keep the schematics a trade secret, however, many older schematics are readily available at fccid.io and the fcc's harder to navigate site.

Worth a try anyhow.
