Well, I ordered on 02/07/02 and the UPS tracking looks like it will arrive tomorrow or Friday. I can't believe it. I had ordered from a competitor on 11/16/02 and cancelled last week because they said it was a supplier problem. You don't seem to have a problem. Kudos to you. Thanks a lot. |

I also ordered a RCI-2995DX 02-07-02. I hope to see mine tommorow also. If not I guess the next stept is to call Copper. I know that their tech. dept. was behind on mods. I was told that mine shipped out on the 11th. Guess we will wait and see.

I ordered My 2995dx with mods on 02-04-02 and it showed up on 02-08-02 Now thats fast!! Thanks Copper! |

Hey Guys:
Just got mine today, 2-14-02. This is a very serious radio.
Tell me something. With the stock mic. can you turn your power up past 40 on the "RF Power" knob and not lose your modulation? What has your experience been while talking local? (10-20 miles)
I really need some help here if you can pull yourselves away from the radio for a few minuets.
