How do you test microphone impedance? Can you do it with a multimeter?

Thanks

you cannot use a multimeter impedance is usaly spected at 1khz so you would have to have a meter feeding that frequency to it... there are meters made to do this...as a rule magnetic ( dynamic) are low imp and ceramic or crystal are high imp... if you look at most cb dynamic mikes they are 600 ohms crystal mikes are as high as 1 MEG ohm
