is there anybody out there who can tell me a simple easy way to program this radio for the 5 or 6 memory channels it is supposed to have.i just got the radio, and did the 11-meter conversion.great little radio, i'm just a little unclear as to how to do the memory. have the booklet, but can't seem to get it. any kind of info will be greatly appreciated. PLEASE HELP.

Is'nt that the handheld? and if so, where did you get it. I can't find them anywhere.

not a handheld, it is like the magnum 257 only single final not two

Tune to a freq that you want to save. Hit the function/clarifier button, then mload/msave, then whatever button you want to program it on. Have to be pretty quick when doing this. After its saved, you just hit mload/msave button then the button for the saved channel.

Hollywood, thanks for the info works great. how stupid i was, did everything except at the end i didn't hit mload/msave button before the button to save channels that's where i was having all the trouble. thanks your info helped out a lot.
