I came accross a Palomar Model 35 Tube Linear the other day. It is a mobile linear. The case and insides look to be in excellent shape. I have yet to hook it up and see if it works. How much is this thing worth? What is the rated power?

100 Watts and is worth about $60 if in mint condition. The only problem is that the Dc to Ac converter (Chopper) is extremely loud on it when in the TX mode.

The parts for that amp are hard to find should one fail.....
Also...the transmitting end has a loud buzz when keying....
Rated roughly at 50 watts per tube I think...
Go solid state.
