Hi , We are in current need of "2" new moderators in the Forum "Ask a Tech" area. The growth has exceeded the time that tech181 , tech671 and myself , tech307 can afford. We currently have over 1,200 people that are members of the Forum and it is growing. If you can send an email to tech307@copperelectronics.com and want to be a part of this great Forum and can fit the profile below , I would appriciate it greatly! This will happen very fast.

1) Dedicated moderator at least 2 - 3 hours a day.
2) Some knowledge of CB radio and related equipment.
3) Time requirements mid afternoon and / or nights.
4) Not required to answer in depth questions. (we will if needed)
5) Good personality and communication skills.
6) Copper Electronics Customer.

You will get:

1) Capability to help in the "repairs" of radios on your own if you own a shop $$$.
2) A Copper "tech---" email account.
3) "Get in the group" with other Forum Moderators.
4) A chance to be a part of the fastest growing CB Forum.

If you fit this profile , Please email me.

Everyone who sent emails,

We have been inundated with emails. We are answering them in the order that we received them so please be patient.

nice attitude to have taz. if i had that attitude i wouldn't be where i am at today. i'm saying this as a former marine(rank of sgt in less than 3.5yrs) to someone who says that they want to be a marine. don't wait for things to come to you. if you do, the world will pass you by and you will one day be wishing you had 'taken the initiative'(you'll hear this often in your time in the corps, if you make it there).

and i second the nomination for copperfan.

ss8541, i was being sarcastic by all means and it was not meant to be taken seriously. Me my self am planning to be in the marines. I am in rotc and am also in a local marine camp out here and play football on the varssity team as a freshman + highschool and maintain a b+ average in my grades and still find time to BS on the radio and talk you you guys here on copper. I understand what it's like to have to APPLY MYSELF in everything I do.

And I would love to be a moderator on this forum, just as everyone else I am learning and I think it would be an interesting experience. I have been a moderator for another forum once before.
