Im just getting started repairing radios and was wondering what kind of meters and tools i need. I have the basics...soldering iron, screwdrivers, multimeter, ect. Also i have alot of mod books that have alot of good info in them. When they say adjust rv3, rv4 ect. what do they mean??? crank it all the way up??? Just give it a tweak?? this is the kind of info id like to learn..Any info would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

And a copy of EACH of two books:
1) "The Screwdriver Expert's Guide to CB Radio" and,
2) "Understanding and Repairing CB Radios", both written by Lou Franklin, available from Click Here.
Common-sense answers to a lot of the questions you haven't even come up with yet, are all in there.
