I think they started printing them back in about 1974 up until about 1986 or so.. I knew a guy that talked on the CB near were I live that had the ENTIRE series 1 to 29 and he got out of CB a few years back and i could kick myself for not getting them from him! They are kind of a collectors item now.

love books. was reading at an 11+ grade average in the 10th grade. National average at the time was a 7th grade level for H.S. grads.

Had a Ham operator in Washington (one of my favorite sellers on E-Bay and friend) declare that I was Already a Ham and just didn't know it.

So far my "Technical" library has the following.

Mosfet circuits guidebook with 100 tested projects

W6SAI's Radio Handbook 23rd ed

RCA Transmitting tubes

The Radio Amateurs handbook 38th,53rd,64th editions (1961,1976,1987)

W1FB's design notebook

Electronic Devices and Circuit theory (3rd ed)

Handbook of simplified solid state circuit design(john d lenk)2nd & 6th edition

32 electronic power supply projects (tab books)

Master handbook of 1001 practical electronic circuits solid state edition

50 powerful printed circuit board projects

Now your talking.

I'm keeping my eye out for the 73 magazine Master handbook of ham radio circuits, and am considering the up to date ARRL Antenna book and the Next Arrl Radio Amateur handbook. I've been doing my own mike wiring from the time I was 12, and simple repairs such as dead finals reversed polarity, Mod clipping using the sechmatics, etc after I found out the the library had Sams photofacts. still remember the main call number by heart
