Can anyone reccomend a good shareware program for cb, and scanner use for the audio output..Something that will filter white noise, and make weak signals easier to hear..I tried DSPFil, but didnt really like it...Thanks for any ideas.....Tom Shaw

For what it's worth...DSP sucks! Until we get into all digital modes, analog outboard DSP is a waste (and this is all my opinion). I've used various rigs that had the latest and greatest DSP tools (IF and AF) and they all really didn't do what they were "hyped" to do (except get rid of hetrodynes). Except in CW, which of course, is considered digital. I know I really didn't answer you're question...but...my 2 cents. Maybe just a nice outboard graphic eq?
