Does anyone know any other mods for this rig besides the RV2, cutting C196, or removing D11??
Radio is strictly AM, single final. I can only get it to do a 2W dk swinging about 15W.
Can you put a swing kit in it??
What's a nice mic for this rig???

The mods you mentioned are for modulation. For AM power try adjusting L7,L11 and L12. |

i know there's some other mods out there. this radio was pretty popular back in the day.
any swing mods or recommendations for a mic???????? the board on it is really basic.

Get yourself a Turner+3b mic . It will make the radio loud!! I can tell you how to wire it Let me Know!!! |
