Folks...If a question is not answered it means in simple terms No-one has an answer. I don't know if all realize how complex some questions are and we try to answer them all as exact and quick as possible. Some questions are as hard to figure out as me reporting my "Check Engine" light is on , what do I do? In most cases a "Crack" on a board OR a miss wire in a microphone can be deadly to try to explain , let alone the fact that to sit down and type for hours on end , is the only real way. Most of the time if you look at my (our) history on the Forum , we "Hit" the answer on the money IF we know what the real cause may be. To "guess" only gets deep and some of us have another life. We will continue to support all we can and be logical at the same time. I appologize for some questions not being answered in the speed that some expect. I got an email from someone stating "we" do not help. In case some of you do not know , I have spent hundreds of hours as well as "Fixing" tons of radios for "Free" to dedicated Copper people and will continue to do so as long as the "time" allows me (us). The real fact of the matter is what makes "US" tick is a compliment every now and then to let us know "most" of you are happy. We do this Forum as a HOBBY and it is not funded in any way. Copper is one of the best companies around and I have been dedicated for over 7 years. I hope to be around as long as they are. They treat me very well and this is the reason I devote hours and hours a day.If you are "upset" about a question not answered in a timely manner , email me direct at tech307@copperelectronics.com or on the Copper Web you will see me in "Contact Us" and I will strive to work one on one with you. Remember "you" are what this Forum is all about. Your equipment does not have a mind...

307, Many good things never get the credit they deserve, you and the company of Copper have gone out of your way in many ways for us out here, it is not your job to do all that each of you do for us, I have stated this in E-mail to your office staff, and when ordering things, I have never had such a responce or connection with any kind of a company or business in any field as Copper has with us the customer, your tech's. your sales people, the forum master, The Auction, the forum its self is like a family, the way the people e-mail each other, the DX connection that was set up by Mr Alsworld shows that we not only call on you for help, purchases, but to some of us retired people , a place to come to,

Thank you 307 and all the other tech's. you make me feel at home.

I would like to agree with Sonoma. Yes, I am one of the retired old Folks that has had the help of 671, 808, and First of all 307.
Because I am faced with phyical problems that interfer with my doing my own work it is of great releaf that there are people available that know their stuff and are not afraid to share that knowlege with others.
I would like to say thanks again for all the time spent on behalf of all forum members.

HEY 307 In this world sometimes we don't say thank you nearly enough and then there are some who think if it ain't their way ie a question answered correctly and immediately they get mad and I just want to take this opportunity to say thanks again for everything you've done for not only me but this whole forum. The work you've done on my stuff has always been top notch and it shows. I can honestly say that I'm proud to know you not only as a "faceless tech" on the forum but personally and would like to let everyone know what a stand up guy you really are.
