I recently ran into a man that gave me his old copies of QST magazine from September '82 - December '98 and Ham Radio Magazine from Jan'78 - December- '83. Ive got alot of reading to do!!!!!

Buck i HIGHLY reomend to all cbers a number of good books

1) ARRL handbook and antenna books

2) RSGB books

3) Willam Orr

4) W5YI books

The ones i find mostly junk are the BIG BUBBAS guid to modifying cb radios kinda books dont wast your money there are too many good web sites and coppers books are very good if you looking for info on a limited radio.

I agree with your (Briuce) selection of Orr. I have his Cubical Quad and Vertical books. Very nice books.

I might also suggest, if you can still get a hold of them, the 73 books on vertical and beam antennas. A lot of configurations you never even thought of.
