Evey time i key the mic with my hr2510 the speaker makes a little popping noise.Does anybody else's do this?Is there something wrong with it or is it normal.Just curious thanks.

When I am using the squelch and SSB mode (any mode actually) with the volume completely down you can hear light/faint popping sounds on mine.

I always have heard those faint pops.

I would not worry unless they get real loud.

Yeah, even my Licoln has what I think they refer to as a "chirp" when keyed. I have seen on some Lincoln & 2510 websites where it can be adjusted but it really doesn't bother me. Guess I got used to it.
