Yup, it's true. Today while talking to state-side skip, England came rolling in. I tried a couple, and then 26 Alfa Bravo from Newcastle England came back to me. My second time across the pond. Which is hard to do from Miane. It was a sweet contact. The UK/Europe is in there real strong this morning. Anyone else make a UK/Europe contact today? |

I worked 222 in N.Ireland just now--heard a S.Africa station, but a couple guys were in qso on the freq stateside. I'm running my Yaesu ft847 at 20 watts drive into klv 350 on low about 250 watts, Imax2000 35 ft above the Illinois prairie. |

I heard the triple deuce in there. But there were so many folks trying to work him, that I had no chance. It was a wild day for DXing. I even worked a third UK contact. Two one day, now that was cool. 11 meters has been a blast the last few weeks. It's all good! *G* |
