just checked out the review on the imax2000 and all i can say is verygood. what id really love to see this could be time consuming is a review on all the 5/8 wave base anttenas coppers sell. the imax2000 with gpk/maco5/8wave/new army big stick. id really love to see witch one is best. i could ask 4 everyones opions here but that really doesnt tell anymore than i already know all three are good anttenas. what do you techs think about this idea i thought it would be very interesting

Bye the Ixax its Much better then the big stick . much lower SWR. I use the imax OW. the GP. kit It works Good for me!!

I think all of us would love to see that, and it's a great idea for sure! But....something a lot of people don't realize is that the Tech's and Moderators on here do not get paid. They all work their own jobs, have their own lives and families and what we would be asking is time consuming and probably cost a few bucks for sure. They devote time, analysis and write-ups free on their own time for us to make our own decisions. That makes this a wonderful website for sure, but I'm just thankful for all of their hard efforts and information on whatever we can get.

Bro I don't mean to sound negative because your idea is great, but we are lucky to have what we do. Maybe over time you might see those comparisons but in a general purpose statement, I think they all perform pretty close to each other on an antenna range. It's the unusual conditions that each perform better or worse than the other.

Okay, that's just my opinion anyway.
