Have been hearing CW on 38-LSB lately. Don't know if it's a local thing or not. Not many DX'ers in S.E. Missouri - mostly locals on 19 & 21. Has anyone else heard this?

Intresting ..... maby they swaped places with the AM stations on the 10 meter CW band! ( LOL ) Ive heard them too here in tampa on 38,39 and 40 ... why they on there i dont have a clue!

It is not unheard of to hear random letter groupings of 5 to 7 characters in length being repeated in the SW bands.

Some say these are spy transmissions, coded messages and such.

What do these CW messages say?
