Yeah it is cold here in phoenix, az. too. It is only going to get to about 73 today!!!BBBBRRR,I almost,had to wear long pants to go to work this morning !!! Have a good day everyone ! |

Well when I rolled out of bed this morning it was -13 with -30 to -40 windchills....sure makes me glad I have a job outside!!!!!LOL
P.S. It might get to zero for a high today if we are lucky!!!!!!!! |

Really cold here in Northern Calif this morning I had a hard choice to make weather to wear shorts or long pants at the lake today, sometimes the sun is so bright you want to stay home. |

They say "you can't go back",a freind of mine decided to retire to his hometown in alabama,6 months later he moves back to michigan.He said it was cold and wet the whole time he was there,he had sinus problems continually and his wife became gravely ill with a lung infection.He went down there in july,he said the temp.dropped to 65 and stayed there and it rained and rained and rained,yuk.The weather pretty much sucks in the south this fall and winter so far,a pitty. |

Bibb County schools are closed today. The school's transportation dept. issued an advisory to wear extra warm clothing because the buses here only have marginal heating, we almost NEVER see a 0 degree wind chill!
It didn't seem the same when I used to live in Massachussetts, though it got much colder than it does here. I guess we were more used to it.

alligator.. swimmin in the cold is fun!!! i live in the up of michigan and have been swimmin in january! look for a spot where a creek rools into a river and take a jump.. if it is a little frozen no problem mostly you will bust the ice with your a##. lol try it sometime it is a rush.. only downfall you little freind want's to pack his bags and move inside. take it easy... 123 |

It got up to bout 75deg here in the SoCal desert today.
Spent last evening at a friends house,
me,him and 3 chix all in the spa! It was kinda chilly at midnight, prolly got down to 50 deg. Really feels cold after you have been in the 99 deg water for a couple of hours. |

Eskimopie, I lived a few years ago in a little town called Lake Tahoe in the Sierra mountain range for 7 years, and I shoulved more snow than you saw, we had 5 feet of snow in the front yard on the shady side of the street for 5 months a year, get a life boot. |

Hey Karatebutcher. I went to hi-skool with 2 of his grand daughters and a neice. Friends dad played drums for dusty's band back in the 80's.
I only knew of his (RR) house on Tiger tail Rd off of Rancherias. |

Chris 142 small world, we use to Hunt at Greenhead pheasent club together,in Simi Valley . many times , he use to run a Britney Spaniel, Dale use to call around town looking for him at lunch time. |
