Somebody on the radio said they were working there Rice burner. What Is a Rice Burner?

I thought a rice burner was a small import car with mods like a Honda Civic or a Nissan 240sx. Maybe it could be a small driver.....

The old 101 series Yaesus were called rice burners, made in Japan and have tube finals,,that's when I first remember hearing that phase. If you hear that again, ask if he's running a 101 yaesu.
