What do you guys think of this radio? I just happened to see one a few minutes ago. It looks real sweet. Anyone have one? Are they any good? Fill me in guys, I am real interested in this radio. And is Coppers going to sell this one? Thanks.

Is is a ditto of the Emperor TS-5010 , I like them alot however the front end (RX) is some what less than a Galaxy CB...They are better looking though by far...

Do they tune up well? Your right about the looks. Some sharp to look at, and would be some nice next to my SS4900B! *G*

307, isn't that the 9001 that is the clone of the 5010? I thought the 8001 uses the 3600-14 board, similar to the SS3900. I'd love to play with one of those 8001s.

Did you purchase the Alan 9001 and what are your thoughts? It looks like a nice radio. Do you know where it is made? Is is a Superstar clone or an Emperor clone? Will Copper carry this radio?
