I guess this is supposed to be funny. What's NOT funny is that I received a KLV-400 that was badly damaged in shipping back in mid-December, and I have yet to be compensated. It is NOT my fault that the unit was damaged, so why am I being blown off? I've been a regular customer for over ten years now, and all I'm getting is the run around. You guys have had the unit back for weeks now, but keep making excuses. It's time for someone, either Copper or UPS to PAY UP!!!!

Yeah, that's an ugly inside for sure, but what about Highlanders situation Old man Copper???

Sounds like a legitimate situation needing some quick action to keep a long time customer. It's time to do the right thing.

As we all know by virtue of the business, UPS is in a busniess with few competitors and endless "sales". This business however is tougher and each customer should be appreciated, especially with that many years of loyalty.

Customer service is a major point in my purchase decision process, price is only secondary.

Highlander,

Since it's Sunday I won't be able to determine the status of the KLV-400 until Monday. I am not familiar with the situation so I am unable to comment but I will have an answer for you tomorrow.

---------

Alsworld,

I think it only fair that before any judgements are made that you allow me to establish the facts. This is not to say that Highlanders facts aren't true but there may be more to the story than he is aware of.

Thanks,

Forum Master

Forum Master,

I do apologize for "jumping the gun" and sounding kind of rude. I certainly did not have any facts and therefore should not have commented on a situation I knew nothing about.

I offer a sincere apology for the "attitude" my previous post displayed.

I do hope it gets resolved soon between a long time business and long time customer with satisfactory results for both.

i don't see the problem. looks like it is in perfect condition to me. this is the new 'smoke-blowin' palomar 600. the inside comes 'pre-smoked' for a visual effect. forummaster, have your techs hook it up i guarantee that they will be 'blowin-smoke'.

I gotta disagree with SS8541. Clearly all the smoke has been let out. If you don't keep enough of it inside the cabinet, they quit working. That is, until you replenish the smoke supply for the next time around.

Big mistake taking the covers off cause you let the smoke out.I got a special going on smoke as our cousines in Australia are smoking up there countryside big time,so us New Zealand residents, who live downwind, have now started up a lucrative business selling canned VIRGIN SMOKE.I am looking for a North American distributor. How bout it COPPER.
Regards Kiwi Kid

Forummaster Note : I think we would be interested if the distributorship was exclusive and we don't want that cheap stuff you sell to everyone else we want the "Extra Thick Virgin Sweet Smoke" that you keep hidden in the back. Only the best for our customers.

Forummaster-
What was the final diagnosis on the Palomar? Did one of your techs put it on the bench and inject some current through it?? Would love to know what actually failed and your eventual decision on the matter. Thanks
