Does anyone know were I can find out how to put talk-back in my Connex 4800 DXL?

take a 100k resistor, solder it the speaker connection on spkr jack, then the other end to ground..... This is usualy the way it can be obtained with out snipping anything, also another way is, 100k from spkr jack to pa jack, now this doesn't always work, but for the majority of radios on the market it does...
