i have a cobra 19 2 and i want to put talkback i how do i do that what do i have to cut?

You do not have to cut anything. Just get a ext. speaker with Talkback in it. Or if you want to listen to yourself then put a hand held walkie talkie next to your ear and listen. Be cafeful not to turn the gain up on the WT because it might be very loud.
