I was think about buying one of those units from copper and was wondering if anybody has used one. I Want A Amp that has clean output. Is this the one? Any comments would be appreciated.

Delta Charlie 01,
Yes, I have been useing the KLV-1000 BASE AMP since Dec.(Christmas Present from 1st Sargant)
I have the "LOW DRIVE" KLV-1000
I run 3 1/2 watts into it and it has Performed very well.
Modulation reports have been, "VERY LOUD AND CLEAR" on both AM & SSB.
When I am able I will be doing a REVIEW on this AMP for the Copper Forum.
In Testing so far it has put out more than the listed Output of 600/1200watts.
I am very happy with it and have had NO PROBLEMS with it. The Large Fan and Pre-Amp work well.
Very easy to use, Good Clear Instructions.
I would rate it FIVE STARS PLUS!

Hi - Are you the same Delta Charlie that has a Sideband club in New Orleans? If so then I am GTO on 14 AM and also Delta Charlie 38 on your club. If this is you then you will here me check in tonight on 40 LSB..

Very clean and a very well made amp!!!!
I have the 1000P high drive and it works great behind a 2995!!!! Dont need to run it on high it does the trip on low. |
