I need a plan to build a CB base antenna ,it must be simple and not to expensive.does anyone out there has that plan,or direct me to that website?

Time for ye old half wave...

Use your browser and plug in the term "Dipole". You will see many pages devoted to the building of the ever so humble yet effective dipole antenna.

You can buy an A99 from Copper for under 40 dollars. It is a half wave and will outperform a 1/4 wave ground plane.

why not build a J-pole antenna ?? they work well for 11 meters and can be built for about $25 or less..1/2 wave or 5/8 super j-pole..
