Nice job digging up those posts. I must say they are rather poetic and yet sad.
Does anybody remember what he was running? He refers to "power drivers" and "big watts".
Taz- Vernonott wasn't kidding around about leaving, huh?! LOL He literally cleaned house in his profile.
Bummer, he was one of the good ones.

No doubt, he really was a good chunk to this forum. He ran a galaxy 99 and a fairly good size amp, I dont remember what it was called. |

Yep he sure did.

Last time i talked to him (last Dec around Xmas) he told me personally via email that he was gonna "clean house" and that he would strip out any and all radio related items and get rid of everything that pertained to CB radios. I guess maybe he included the PC along with the radio gear??? |

He lives in south carolina. I know because he was generous enough to send me some CB goodies once and I have his return address. I would post it but I don't think he would appreciate it very much. I must apologize to everyone, I was just curious as to how many forum members out there Read all sections of the Forum or just certain areas...
I even gave a tip to his post by talking about 307's post to the Ask the Tech Section and saying it was on a Friday.
Glad to know you keep watch on everything that is posted.
I was refering to Vernonott's Friday June 1st 2001 Post.
Wish I had a prize for you for being the FIRST.

Of course Lon. The only thing thats stopping my now is my girlfriend.
I had a question though. She can't ever seem to keep her hands off of my hat, or my wallet.

Well my young friend it's kinda like this.
As the years roll on she will still have her hands on your Hat, as later in life when the hair starts to get a little thinner or less of it , she will hand it to you and say, Sweetie maybe you should put your hat on. 
On the wallet get Another one, One for going out on weekends and one for daily use.
That way you will have two of them, when it's time to go out and you get where you are going you say, gee honey, I think I brought the wrong wallet, can you cover this.
