Hello:

I recieved a catalog yesterday from ********.

In it was a picture of the new Omega and features.

I looked on the web page, but it wasn't there.I know many people are waiting for this radio.

Ill41....

About 6 months ago RF Limited DID list the new Omega in their line-up. As of todate, it hasn't materialized yet and I don't think it is going to. And according to one of my sources there at RF, the idea of a base radio is being tossed around. Yeah right.... I'll believe that when I see it.

The base radio has already come into the US in a small quantity and sold out. It's a little nicer version of the Galaxy Melaka and named "S3200".

The Omega should be available by the Fall, and there are a few new mobiles (named "S9, S6, S3")that will hopefully be available by Christmas.

The Maverick is slated to be built by a different mfr (for QC issues) and renamed in the next year as well.

RF Limited fully intends to get in the thick of the export market and be compeititive. All the radios to date have had some excellent qualities but usually accompanied by quirks as well. They are vigilantly trying to get a mfr to do as they ask and give strong attention to QC while keeping costs down for the end user. I applaud RF Ltd for at least bringing us something different and unique.
