Can anyone tell me if the KLV 250 has a pre amp? |

The KLV-250 base does, I have one and it is a good amp. |

Drop my friend Ironmask a note as he has used both the KLV-250 and the KLV-550 quite a lot.
I am sure he can fill you in on both of them.
He ran a Cherokee 150 on the KLV-250 and is running a Voyage VR9000 on the KLV-550.
By him owning both of them and useing them both in all conditions and bands, I am sure his information will be a big help to you in deciding.
