i have a cobra 29 wx nw st ,,turned it down to about 1 1/2 watts.set my SWR to about 1.8 on channel 1 -------1.5 CHANNEL 20-------2.2 ON CHANNEL 40 THEN HOOKED THE PALOMAR 250 up to the radio and the SWR went down is this something to worry about any help will be very thankful |

ok my bad,i hooked a palomar 250 up to my 29wx nw st and now i cant set the swr the knob stops before i get it calibrated the only thing ive done is turn the radio down to about 1.5 watts any help with this |

my guess the swr meter is not made for that much power |
