Went to a cb break. Found A toy Board inside a Radio i bought. It is not hooked up.. no Clue what kind. COuld be a roger beep Or a identifier. No Clue. It is a 6 wire board.. Here Is What I Can See. On The Solder side of the little board It Says (Kga) There is 2 chips on the board a (mc14017bcp and a mc14093Bcp) Can Any one identify what this is in how to connect it back.

Hey Chop Shop ive got one of them they are a prerecored chip mine has the pink panther !!!! as soon as i opened the radio and found it i cut it out so i cant help you on finding out how to hook it up cause on my 29 i just got all the wires are the same color !!!!
